Getting the following error when trying to upload a picture:

move_uploaded_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/memphisw/public_html/forum/attachments/avatar_tmp_284) is not within the allowed path(s): (/backup/homedonotdelete/memphisw/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp)

I have tried this upload with .gif, .jpg and .tif files

The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved.
