Elevenpoint River

Elevenpoint River in Missouri - just over the state line - and above the Spring River.  I can't believe this is not posted as it is one of the prettiest rivers around - and a good fishing site to boot.  Many stoping places to wander and see (caves and springs) and campgrounds on the way down from Alton

I have always loved the Elevenpoint - its even where I proposed to my wife!!!!!

We drove up and checked out the lower section of the 11 point and checked out the Black river. We are planning to go to Old Davidsonville State Park and try to get in 2 or 3 different floats.
Has anyone done that region?

My coworker has always raved about this river...Unfortunately, I've never been on Missouri water..
