and yes I will return again! thought back on the day and I think I rode better today than I did a few months ago for my first ride on the Herb in 15 years. but my LORD I hurt!!!!!

Herb is in great shape.  Steve Kumar of MSTA has done a fantastic job rerouting after the tornado and cutting new trail.  The full loop is now up to 9 miles and has some great flow.  I had lots of laps out there over the weekend.
