me and Sam had to threaten a law suit over copyright infringement when he stole some of our photos for promotional material without permission... he made us prove they were our photos and he had only done a half @$$ job editing the photos to try to make them unrecognizable ... barely editing off the stickers from my boat... but you could still see the outlines.
He stole code directly from AW and formats directly from TVF for the vertical challenge and didn't even edit the material (if you're going to plagiarize at least put in the effort to change a few words) when he first got started... then spammed up the boards with all HIS hard work and HIS great site, none of which was original work.
THEN he went to TVF's sponsors and told them that HE was "that vertical feet competition" to weasel support away from TVF... he actually posed as TVF without saying he was TVF exactly, literally stealing sponsorship through misrepresentation.
the list goes on and I will NEVER support eddyflower.com for these reasons and for a long history of issues.... when he stole and promoted our photo he rendered it un-sellable to magazines because they had all seen it and all want exclusives.... we lost money due to eddyflower...
bottom line - eddyflower has a lot of well deserved enemies and sounds like they got a tiny taste of what they deserve.
