Funny how the 2 people in the forefront of the picture of us playing boatball don't live here anymore and that picture was taken only a couple of weeks ago.

They used one of jstreet's photos from a few months ago, but yeah. He had better action shots in the same album they got that photo from.

Jstreet was nice enough to send me  a bunch of the original pictures to send to her.  She was very impressed with the pictures and promised that she would give him credit.  I see that she honored her word, or not.

I wonder how many people are sitting around trying to figure out how you dribble a ball on water. You think that 342 calories number is right? Sure feels like a lot more than that.

Depends on how "quick" and "precise" your passing is, and how much of a fast break you can muster when you paddle!

i'm pretty sure even the woman (no names) that played this week burnt more calories than that, it was close though. gummy bears carry alot of energy right?  :mrgreen:

You have no idea how often gummy bears can pull you through the tough times .... even on the river!!!!  :roll:

I promise you 352 calories does not come close. I log every game in my training log and that includes the number of calories burned according to my heart rate during the game.
